The Key: The R-Card (Work Registration Card)
All our guards, both armed and unarmed, possess their Work Registration Card (R-Card), issued by the Nevada Private Investigators Licensing Board (PILB), the regulatory authority for security in Las Vegas and throughout the state.
This ensures:
Complete background checks (state and federal).
Mandatory legal knowledge (NRS/NAC 648 Laws).
Intensive training in security techniques, ethics, and legality of detention.
Advanced Certification Requirements (Armed Guards)
Only select personnel obtain armed certification after a rigorous process, ensuring maximum competence and legal compliance:

Passing a written exam and shooting qualification with the authorized weapon.
Continuous Firearm Requalification (Every 6 Months)
Nevada requires armed guards to requalify every six months with a certified instructor.
